Tom was an excellent agent to work with. He quickly helped me determine the right amount of coverage I would need for my home and property, and he talked me through the process of getting the policy. Tom explained the coverage I was getting and explained things covered and not covered. He told me about discounts offered through State Farm for getting other insurance coverage along with the coverage I was seeking. He was understanding and not pushy when I explained that I was not interested in other coverage at this time. He told me that he would be available anytime to assist me in case I changed my mind based on the information he gave me about discounts. He was polite and kind throughout our conversation, and he seemed like a real down-to-earth type of person. I would go to Tom again for any insurance needs. He was conveniently located for me as well.
