Becky has always been quick to answer questions that I had about coverage options. She has been quick to inform me about possible changes coming and the necessary steps to get the best deal possible. She is very helpful and files claims quickly. She called me to inform me that the insurance company need me to replace the roof. When talking with her, I informed her I could not afford it that year so she called the company to see if it was possible to extend that another year. She was able to get an extension since we had been loyal customers for many years and had few claims. She has the desire to have person one on one meetings with clients to explain the coverage that the person has as well to make sure they understand everything that is included with a policy.
