Turns out it was the best decision because not only is he the cheapest, he is the most caring and very personable. He is very detailed with pictures and pointing out what needs to be fixed. He also always seems to get right back to you when you have any questions or concerns.When I had my 1st and only claim with him, he processed the claim in less than 48 hours. He is a little older so I have to remind him who i am but that is ok but he is so sweet. I also love tracey, his receptionist. She seems to always remember me and makes me seem like I am important.
