I have been using this agent for over 10 years. I got with him because of a good discount that my husband got through his employer. He is fast to respond to questions and is helpful to a point. The thing is that I have had two big leaks in my house that Liberty Mutual handled. The second one resulted from the first one not being taken care of properly. They know that and they took a second deductible and say they tried unsuccessfully to sue the first people. Claims were fast but repairs slow. The agent never looked into how long anything was taking. I also inquired about buying a new roof and how it would affect me. I was told by the roofing company I could get a discount. I contacted the agent who told me I would get a discount and all I needed to do was email him that it was installed. I emailed to let him know and then suddenly it was told to me that I didn’t have the kind of policy that would allow a discount. I thought that was pretty crappy customer service.
