We recently had a broken water pipe in our ceiling in the family room. We called Eric Sherwood to start a claim for it. He was really nice and came over within 24 hours to assess the damage. He took pictures and wrote a lot in his book. And then the next day, he said he have a check for our ceiling repair. We had absolutely no problems. We pay every month on time for many, many years. I think the last claim was in 1999 with one of our cars! Yes, that long ago. We are pleased with him. Our payments is roughly similar to other insurance companies. We would not be hesitant to call him again if any thing else arises that we need his business again. We do recommend our insurance companies to other families and friends.
