i stop by his office at 8:30am no body though it said its open at 8am. fine no biggie right. went to see him at 4pm, he is not in, ok… no biggie.
went to see him on Saturday morning and you guess it. he not there. Spoke with him over the phone about my insurance polices and he told me we have to do it in the office. LOL.
I chose the agent because his physical branch was closest to my location. My renters policy (I believe) went off without any problems, but my auto policy has taken months to fix – I have had to call corporate several times to get things straightened out, and my personal agent hasn’t contacted me once regarding the changes. I very likely will switch agents and transfer both of my policies. He seems like a very nice guy, and I believe his business is mostly family run, but I am not confident in his abilities as my insurance agent following the discussions and comments of corporate. He messed up royally with my policy, which could have caused me a huge headache and the company thousands of dollars to fix. I would feel better knowing I am in fact in good hands.
