Great customer service! Most agents are too busy to get back to you in a timely fashion, but not Fred! Whenever I contact him by phone or email, he responds right away! He walked me through the process of selecting the best insurance for me, and also made sure that h answered any unanswered questions I had. I felt like he wasn’t trying to just close the sale, and really cared about me as a customer. I’ve had this agent for sometime now. I have shopped around for other insurance agencies, bat was unhappy with not only the prices that I was quoted, but also with the lack of customer service that I was provided. Eagle Insurance certainly have a customer for life. I would highly recommend that you give them a shot for your insurance needs.
