I heard about Mike Janet because of a connection with a family member. I spoke with him and he seemed to be a good guy and a competent insurance agent. Since I’ve used him, I’ve found that to be true. I have not really had much instance to need to use my car insurance. I’ve only been in a single minor car accident in the time that I’ve had car insurance with State Farm and Mike Janet. In that particular instance, everything was handled smoothly and I am satisfied with the outcome. Aside from the single car accident event, I haven’t really had to see Mike Janet or State Farm ‘work on my behalf’, so to speak. But Mike Janet checks in with me at time, sends me a christmas card, and seems like a good fellow. I am reasonably confident that if I DID need help, he’d be there.
