It has been a pleasure to be with Rick for the last several years. His agency picked up our homeowners insurance when I first bought my house and we have stayed with him through a refinance. We also decided to combine our auto insurance with him to save some money on the homeowners. He was very nice through the process and was generally helped as we got setup in our new policies. Since moving we have had water trouble – flooding basement, rainwater intrusion and more. Although nothing has amounted to a claim worthy event, Rick’s team have always given us the best assistance through the process. Rick has always been available to answer general insurance questions as well. An example is Why does my insurance keep increasing when I haven’t had accidents or claims?” Rick answered this honestly and was straightforward. It is nice to have him as our agent, and I trust him to do the best he can for us.
