Bonnie Burns and her staff are fantastic people. They never fail to go out of the way whenever I need assistance. Bonnie and her team are always friendly and understanding. They are very knowledgeable and never hesitate to assist me. Several years ago, I hit a deer and caused significant damage to my vehicle. I called Bonnie Burns’ office and they immediately went to work to help me. They had my car towed within the hour. They secured my rental car and made sure I had everything I needed. They were very understanding and did not make me feel like I was being a bother by asking questions. I have also had one of her staff contact me a time or two when I was late with my payment. They always helped me to get the date moved to maintain my insurance, and never made me feel bad about it.
