We went to this agency in search of better rates after getting overcharged by our old insurance company. The agency was located in a nice complex which was great. As soon as we entered inside, we were greeted with a warm smile by the front desk receptionist and were asked why we were there. We told her our reason and a few minutes later, we were talking with Claire about our current policy then. She was very accommodating and understood our problems.
After a long talk, she offered us a reasonable rate to get reinsured with them and so we went ahead and started our policy. Since then, we have had no problems with this insurance agency and have recommended it to many of our friends who were in search of a new insurance company.
