This was the first insurance policy I have ever purchased for myself. I used State Farm’s online policy building tool to get my the basics of my policy laid out, and then I saved it so I could mull it over for a few days. Eventually, I got an email reminder from Hayden Worrell that I still needed to finish my policy, and that I should call him if I wanted to finish that was or if I had any questions. I did have some questions, so the next day I opted to do that. He was very helpful in making sure I selected all the correct options, since I was unsure of what I was doing since it was my first time buying insurance. He also informed me that I could double the amount of coverage at no additional cost, so he got that set up for me. Overall I am very pleased with both the service and product I have received.
