My experience with this agent has been AMAZING. Anthony was recommended by our mortgage company during the buying process and I am so glad they did! From the first phone call, it only took about 30 mins to get an accurate estimate of what the monthly insurance cost would be. The agent explained everything over the phone in a way that the average customer could understand. Without having to give too many specifics, the agent customized a policy that fit our needs perfectly. Not only that, but the cost was much more affordable than the other 2 places I called for estimates. The agent was very friendly the entire time and even called a week after we moved in to make sure everything went smoothly. About a month after move in, they called and invited my husband and I to a meeting because they like to meet their customers personally. You seriously couldn’t ask fora better home insurance carrier, as they make you feel like they really care about YOU.
