We insured a business with this agency and they were extremely flexible with coverages and payment options. We quoted with several other insurance companies and were no-quoted a couple of times until we actually found this office. They gave us a good quote, talked through the coverages, and have worked with us for a while through several address changes and changes in the business itself. We’re worked with several of the others in the office and have always received impeccable service from billing to policy questions to whatever else we had. We have not had to file a claim, luckily, so I can’t comment on that. We have had some minor increases in coverage cost but nothing completely out of the ordinary, so we decided to stay with them instead of bothering requoting everywhere.
