The initial process a couple years ago went well. Easy to work with, easy to communicate. We got our policy and went on our way. We missed a payment and now they like to call us before the due date and remind us to pay. But when we added our teenage driver and at the same time went to get a windshield replaced, our opinions changed. We were quotes comprehensive glass coverage. Turns out they didn’t add it to the policy so I had to pay 100% out of pocket for that. Then adding our teen driver was nothing but a giant headache. They got us the beat price in the end but they messed it up twice before blaming the insurance company. Then they forgot to tell us they enrolled us in the SmartRide program where you install a monitor for 3 months for a discount. Icing on the cake is when the payment ended up being $60 more than quoted. They said they didn’t get it settled quickly enough so until renewal, that was the price. As for the monitor, it was use it or our payment went up $30 a month.
