My husband and I met with her to purchase home owner’s insurance after he looked up rates for all similar offices in the area. Her office provided us with the best rate. she met with us at a time that was convenient. it took about thirty minutes. we went through all of the fine print as it was our first time purchasing home owner’s insurance. she explained all the details about everything in the policy. she was overall quite easy to work with. She was very personable and friendly, which is nice when having to deal with such boring stuff. She keeps up to date with correspondence with us now through the mail and we haven’t had to go back into the office for anything so far, which is nice.
