1. It was easy to get the insurance coverage. There have been a few problems while I’ve had this agent. It is sometimes difficult to reach them by phone during normal business hours. They do give you a cell number, but it doesn’t help much because you have to call back later anyhow. I also was disappointed when I had an accident. I might misunderstand what is suppose to happen, so it might be my problem. I’m not sure, but I’ll describe the problem as I see it. I had the understanding that the agent would deal with the claims issues with the other insurance company, but I had to do all of the work. I didn’t feel that the claim was handled for me, but that I handled the claim. I have also had an issue with their billing practices. I receive a bill, pay the full amount on time and then several times receive another bill near the end of the coverage period saying more is due. This makes no sense to me.
