I have had a very good experience with this agent. She was very responsive to phone calls, and helped me when my car was totaled. I ended up getting more for my car than if I had tried to trade it in prior to the accident. When I had the accident, she also first checked to ensure my safety. Anytime I have ever needed anything, her office has always been very responsive. This agent and her staff are always very courteous and polite, as well as patient. They take a great deal of time and explaining different policies and services, and helping me decide what is the best policy for me. The location is also very convenient, being located in Columbus. It is easy to find and easy to access.
