I have lived in two other states in my lifetime and Russ Clark offers the best in customer service. He has taken care of me when it comes to my insurance needs and questions. I once was needing to use the road assistance on my policy and he went above and beyond to make sure my car was towed to the place that I needed it to go to for repairs. I didn’t even have to pay first for the tow and then get reimbursed like most other insurance agencies make you do. Instead, he set me up with a tow truck company that works directly with him at his office to bill them directly which takes the hassle out of dealing with claims. When I first moved here from Utah, I was dreading having to switch Insurance agents, but Russ helped me feel very welcomed and like a friend.
