I have never had anything to complain about with this insurance agent. I have had to file two claims when my car has been damaged (1 wreck, 1 tree limb damage) and both times my claims were processed smoothly with no problems at all. My car was repaired in a timely manner and they even supplied me with a rental car at a very low and reasonable rate. I would highly recommend this agent to anyone looking for a new insurance agent because he has been very helpful and dependable over the years that I have been with this agent. There truly is nothing negative to say. The rates are very reasonable for the level of service that I have received. I have called a few times to ask questions and the people in the office were very polite and helpful.
