I was very touched because she gave me the best option which was not insurance that she sold. This meant a lot because I had cancer at the time and not only was she an insurance agent she was also a former nurse and was able to offer a lot of comfort and advice about how to move forward and what to do next. All the office staff is also extremely helpful and friendly. I can walk in at any time and there is always someone avalible to help me no matter what I need. I look forward to doing a lot of business with them in the future. “

2. She knows who I am on sight, as opposed to having to tell her my name. She knows the details of my account without having to look them up. When I come through her door, she’s gets right to work because she knows what I’m there for. She’s friendly, professional, has decent coffee ready for me that hasn’t been sitting there burning in the coffee maker, and is able to get me out the door in a nimble and efficient manner. She handles my business in a quick and efficient manner. I pay my monthly and get back to the rest of my day in a pleasant and effortless process.
