My insurance agent is great. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful whenever I go in. If I have to call with an issue, they’re also quite helpful. I’ve never had to wait more than an hour or so for a call back. I chose this agent because I’ve been with State Farm for quite a long time, and when I moved here it seemed simpler to stay with the same company. I asked around and got really good reviews from friends and family about this particular agency. I went in and not only were they super nice and helpful, they also looked over my previous policy and managed to save me about twenty dollars a month over what I had been previously paying. Luckily, I have not had to file a claim, but I’m sure if I do it will be handled quickly and professionally.
