Roger goes out of his way to help us with all of our Insurance needs. He handles our Home, Auto, and Life insurance. He’s knowledgeable about his products and services and keeps a pleasant office. His staff is helpful, courteous, and professional. Their products in general aren’t necessarily the cheapest but the service is always top notch. We’ve had hail damage on our roof and it was dealt with in a matter of days. A crew was set up, came to install the new roof, and hauled the mess it created away. If I recall correctly we didn’t pay a dime. We’ve also had auto accidents and Roger personally wrote checks for those. Almost everything is handled there in office and you aren’t stuck dealing with someone in Pakistan or Boise. I encourage anyone reading to visit Roger and his staff.
