A friend from work recommend them to me. I went during my lunch break, paid my down payment and had insurance that day. They do not accept cash which I don’t like. And I tried going back there the next month and the office was closed. So I had to call them over the phone. I found that to be an extreme inconvenience. There is no word on if they plan on reopening that building. However when I had to call them over the phone they were friendly and efficient. I had to have my insurance card mailed to me which I would have just rather picked up in person. I have to wait until literally right before the due date to make a payment which I hate. I’d much rather pay throughout the month.
