Everything was absolutely great for years. We had no problems and he went above and beyond to help us. Recently, when we rented out our home and switched to needed renters insurance, he told us that we couldn’t keep our homeowners and because of all the circumstances, our homeowners would be cancelled as well as our auto. We stopped paying and found other options. A couple months later, we received a call saying we were past due on our bills and that our insurance was going to falter. We explained to the person who called that someone else had told us we had until a certain date before everything was cancelled anyway and that day had passed. This person was confused and said that we were actually still covered. At this point we had already went elsewhere, so we just let the insurance drop.
