When I first moved to Georgia, one of the first things I did was look for a new insurance agent. My previous company, State Farm, had recommended one of their local agents, but I was unhappy with the price. One of my co-workers told me about Neil Dobbs allstate, and it was in Decatur near my home. I did not have to make an appointment, I just walked in and was in and out within an hour, Neil made the process easy and painless and explained all of my new coverage to me. I left pretty happy. My complaints came later on, anytime I had a question about my coverage or policy it was really difficult to reach Neil over the phone, and most times that I stopped in the office, he was not in. His staff was always very nice and helpful, but it would be more reassuring to have my agent on hand.
