I previously had them for renters insurance only but was a bit vary when I went for auto insurance as well. Turns out it was a good idea because when my car damaged in an accident, they went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were made quickly and gave me a loaner vehicle whilst my car was at the maintenance shop. Also nice people to chat with, they are easy going and don’t try to push products on me like others have in the past. They even call me before my renewal and go over the policy to allow me to make changes and add discounts. I also like that since they are always available when I have to call about an issue about my policy and tend to get it resolved.
