Our insurance agent was able to give us a good price on insurance for both our home and automobiles. We were able to add our teenage son to the policy when he received his driver’s license under a good student plan to get reduced premiums. We were also able to quickly drop and add insurance coverage to vehicles as we sold and traded in older cars for newer ones. All telephone calls to the office were answered or returned quickly. Most transactions were able to be handled over the phone rather than going in for an appointment. For the few times we did need to go in to the office, there was little waiting before we were able to talk to the agent. The office is in a convenient location, and has a warm homey feeling to it.
