I have a total of three insurance policies with Andy and State Farm. I have two cars and our homeowner policy through him. So far we have not had any issues and everything has been fine. When my wife and I combined our insurance we looked for the best policy at the cheapest price and State Farm provided that for us. I have never actually met Andy or talked to him on the phone, I have visited his offices only once but dealt with an assistant. When I call I also deal with an assistant. In the three years I have had policies with him and State Farm I have never made a claim so I can not speak to how he would handle a claim. His office is close to my house which is also convenient.
