Jack Sunahara and his team promptly answer phones, respond to emails, and are exceptional at solving problems big and small. We have used their office for insurance since my husband got his first car as a teenager, and over the years as we’ve changed vehicles they have always been there to provide support for the household. My father-in-law has both his vehicles and home insured by State Farm through this same office. This office provides an exemplary support team, when my father-in-law was rear ended at a stop light, their first concern was for his well being, not the shape of the vehicle he was in. They put forth hard effort to make sure everything was fixed the way we like, and do a wonderful job of making our family feel like their family.
