1. I am disgusted with the service I received from this agent’s office. My car insurance coverage was terminated without warning or notification for several days after I missed an intermediate billing deadline for an additional charge that occurred due to an agent’s mistake. The office representative admitted the mistake was entirely his fault, but claimed I was still entirely responsible, and the only solution” offered was a high pressure sales pitch for renter’s insurance. “

2. Extremely friendly staff who are available to talk whenever you have questions about adding service, removing service, adding a driver, filing a claim, or just about rate increases. They’re available on weekday evenings and even Saturdays. Free coffee, pet-friendly office, cute neighborhood, free street parking, great location. They haven’t given me a reason to switch. They even call every year to wish you a happy birthday and every 1-2 years periodically to see if your needs have changed and ensure your customer satisfaction. I’ve been with State Farm for 13 years, since I got my drivers license at 17. I could change carriers to save a few bucks, but I feel the value at State Farm is better. I also really like their App for making and reviewing claims; it takes some of the stress out of the ordeal of a car crash.
