The agent, Michael, has been our family insurance agent for many years. My family has been using state farm since the 1930s and stayed with the same agent/firm all these years. Even as agents come and go we remained with the same firm. As I got to be of age where I would need insurance, I too stayed with Michael and state farm. He is a kind, compassionate and understanding gentleman who will gladly go out of his way to help his customers in their needs. He has always been such a delight to work with and has helped my family throughout all of life”s little events. I have no problems with him as an agent or state farm in general. My only complaint would be his staff. Some seem very cold and act as if though you are rushing them or bothering them. They also like to forget to mention things about your policy that are important, or forget to call you back in a timely fashion.
