My agent is a long time friend. I have had nothing but a good experience since I started using them as my insurance. Fortunately, I have not needed to make any sort of claims, but any time I have had questions they were immediately available to help. I like that I can make changes, or anything else by emailing. Sometimes emailing is just easier with everyone being busy. I know my agent is also a good person. He has recently done a lot in the community to help those that are less fortunate and need assistance. I have never personally needed to make any claims but I have experienced first hand times when others did and it was always a very easy process, or so it seemed. I have nothing but positive things to say.
