I am pleased with Earnest as an agent. I’ve called him numerous times, often while out shopping for a new car to get insurance estimates. He takes the time to work up a quote and let me know if my cost will go up or down. He also lets me know what the cost will be if I keep my current car and add a new one. I even called to find out if it would be cheaper for me to switch to another insurance provider. He explained to me what my existing coverage was and what I was getting for the money vs what I might get with another agency. Since he is an independent broker he had no reason to lie to me. It made me feel better to know that while insurance costs keep going up I am still getting the best coverage for my money.
