I initially looked into this agent because they were referred to me by my apartment manager. After researching multiple other companies, I found this one to have the lowest cost so I decided to go with them. My experience has been mostly good, with the exception of one billing issue that was quickly and easily resolved once I contacted the agent.Liz, my agent has been very helpful and fast to respond to all questions as well as the one issue I had with them. I have remained with this company and renewed my policy with this company for a couple years now. I will continue to renew my policy as long as I’m a renter, and would use them for home owners insurance should I purchase a home. I would gladly recommend this company to friends and family.
