We came to Ann in need of a lower cost auto insurance policy. She was very attentive to our needs. She listened to our circumstances, asked questions about our vehicles and driving habits, went over all the coverage options and was very honest about what kind of coverage we needed or did not need. We also ended up buying renters insurance from her as well when our policy with a different company came up for renewal.
In the four years we’ve been with her, we did have one issue where we were over billed one month due to an employee error. She was very quick to correct the problem and gave us a lot of personal attention. We discussed finding another insurance provider, but after speaking with Ann a few times we felt like steps were taken to ensure that a similar error would not occur again.
Overall we’re happy we chose Ann.
