Overall our experience was a pleasant one. We are not happy with our prior insurance company as the rates increased year after year with no claims on our part. We contacted Talbert Insurance to get quotes and were pleasantly surprised that the rates were cheaper than all other quotes we had already gotten. Not to mention he didn’t try to under-insure us to get a cheaper price. During the process he was very timely and always got back to our emails on a daily basis while working through the quote process. In the event I had to call him he was always able to speak to me immediately and help us out. We had an issue with our online login and he was even able and willing to logon with me to get us taken care of.
