My agent has been of great help to me. I had a claim last month due to getting in a car accident. Gary handled the situation very quickly. I had to due very little in regards to the incident. I called his office and they did everything else. I told them about the accident and gave them all the information including the witnesses’names and pictures. My agent handled the tow and the inspection of the vehicle. He set up a rental car for me and I was allowed to use it as long as I needed to. After about a week, my agent called me and told me that the car was totaled and then had a check for me. I picked up the check and was able to buy a new car in less than a month.
