Matt was referred to me by my closest friend. She had bought insurance through him and suggested him to me when I was looking to switch insurance companies. Matt was friendly and very communicative when I was inquiring about about a home and auto policy. He matched what I already had at a lower price which was great. Fast forward a year, I made multiple inquiries about changing my policy and possibly adding earthquake insurance. I made several attempts to contact him by email and phone and received no response back. I received a call from a woman, his assistant, but she could not answer my questions and told me Matt would give me a call when he gets back in the office. He never did call me back. All I get is automated emails saying Thank You For Your Business. I feel as though hes very thorough and keeps in contact with you at first then once you’ve signed up for the policy he basically ghosts. I would not recommend Matt to anyone for their insurance needs.
