I feel like he understood my situation and helped find the best price for me. He doesn’t seem judgmental of me for being on the poor side. He wasn’t trying to sell me on products I didn’t need. He is straightforward on getting my car legal. He could have tried to sell me on full coverage but didn’t. He is overall friendly. I don’t really do small talk very well but he is just that friendly. His office is comfortable. It is easy to make payments. My sister recommended him which kind of scared me at first because she owes money to most agencies but he didn’t look down on me. Overall, he is a good agent and a good member of my community. I’m glad to buy insurance from him.
