I have had positive experiences with John Sutton. His office is always clean. The office staff is very helpful. When I have had to file a claim, the process has been smooth. The hold times when I call the office are very short. The office tends to be busy, but the staff are easily able to handle the volume of calls and walk ins. The staff are friendly, polite, and highly professional.
The only area I would like to see improved upon is the pricing. I feel I pay quite a high rate for my 2 older cars. Only one car is fully covered. The other is 14 years old. With two adult drivers who have not had tickets or claims in the last 10 years, it would seem like I should qualify for some type of discount, but my rate remains very high.
