I certainly hope this doesn’t get back to her! After I found out about her business, I went ahead and signed up with her. She’s local and lived near me at the time, so overall it was convenient. After I did so, I still got ‘sign up with me’ mailings. Ya know, something she promised I wouldn’t get as I opted out in front of her. I don’t want the wasted paper. 5 years later, I’m still getting a piece of paper or card from her once a week, begging me for my business. I know this is standard practice, but I have called her multiple times begging her to remove me from her mailing list.
That’s the minor thing. Her disregard for wasting her advertising efforts on me. I already bought car insurance through you, I don’t think I can get any more!
From there, I had a single car claim when a car stopped short in front of me. I don’t even know how many times I reached out to her in a 14 day period, so I finally went into the office. She was rude, short, visably annoyed and busy sitting around. Nope. Looking for a replacement.
