He was great when we signed up, he was very informative and set us up with car and home insurance. We later added life insurance and he was helpful with that. My biggest complaint is that in 13 years, I never really hear from him unless I initiate a call about an issue. And even then typically I’m talking to his assistants and secretaries. It would be nice if he can me come in every 2 years for a review or something, but I guess he gets his money every month, so what’s the point. Here is an example, my 2nd mortgage company has changed several years back, I didn’t even think to update my mortgage to reflect that. If I could have come in for a review, we probably could have caught that. Maybe that’s his job as an agent, get me signed up and be done, but I would like more hands-on care from him.
