It has been a fantastic experience. We have never had any trouble getting any responses or information from our agent or his office. In fact two years ago we won a drawing they were having for a $500 gift card.
We went to their office picked up the card. Several days later we were out for dinner and attempted to use the card. It did not work. We called Douple and they apologized and promptly got us a new gift card.
Also recently I was rear-ended by another vehicle in town. The accident wasn’t my fault and the other insurance paid, by my agent and Douple was there to help us along the entire time. The answered all our questions, followed up on the claim, and made sure the other company did their part.
