I had insurance with this agent for around 6 years since I moved to PA and had to switch to a PA company for my car insurance. I was happy with my current car insurance through allstate, so I asked around to see if anyone knew a good local all state agent. This agent was recommended, so I called and set up an appointment. The initial setup of my insurance was fairly easy after I found out all that was rewuired. I never had a claim while I had insurance through the office, so I never had very much interaction with them. I would receive a plmarketing call or piece of mail from time to time and renew my policy every 6 months. It wasn’t until I began shopping around for insurance that I realized how much I was overpaying for car insurance. I have since switched insurance providers.
