My agent is always helping me find the best deals and have the best coverage. I have a blessed vehicle so I have to maintain a certain level of coverage, but they worked with me to get a multi policy discount (by adding my homeowners) and a discount based on low mileage. When I was involved in an accident, my rates didn’t increase by much based on my loyalty with them. They were quick in handling my claim and getting my car back on the road. When I had an issue with an ex boyfriend who I no longer lived with, they went above and beyond to make sure his poor driving record didn’t affect my policy by specifically excluding him from my policy. I have been with my agent for 15 years now and even though I might find cheaper rates with those discount” insurance companies, I would much rather stay with an agent who I can actually speak with on the phone and who will personally help with any situation I might have.
