Mr. Fresch, and his office team, have made purchasing auto and renters insurance a breeze. We were able to get a better policy coverage than what we had previously at a lower cost, and they walked us through every step of the process. Mr. Fresch made sure that we understood each part of our policy and exactly what it covered, and how it would work should something happen. He explained exactly what our renters policy would cover, and the circumstances under which we would be able to make a claim. Not only that, but he also talk to also about other financial and insurance products that he is able to offer, such as refinancing auto loans or starting to invest in mutual funds. Both he and his office staff have always been courteous, professional, and friendly every time we have spoken with them, and have already been ready to answer our questions whenever we’ve asked.
