Grace has been our family’s insurance agent for about three years now. We were referred to her office by my husband’s parents. We have had nothing but good experiences with her and her office staff. She is very good at giving excellent customer service, and making you feel like she cares. Whenever we have had a problem, her office always gets back to us right away! My husband was in a minor car accident several years ago, and the claim was processed very quickly and efficiently. Our rate for car insurance has actually gone down a little bit since we first signed up, which is great. We feel like the rates are very reasonable, and if Grace feels like we can get a better deal, she’ll tell us how. She also has convenient office hours. I would recommend her to my family and friends!”
