Andy Arnold of State Farm has been our insurance agent for years. He does an outstanding job of explaining the options and working with us to get the right level of coverage. His office is always accessible and helpful when a problem arises. We have talked to him about car accidents and home issues and he’s been very helpful. I like, too, that my car insurance can’t be cancelled for any reason. The insurance rates are reasonable. Even with everything getting more expensive through the years, our rates have stayed very reasonable. Overall, he and his office offer knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and professional service. I would recommend him to anyone. Insurance isn’t an exciting field but he does his best to stay upbeat and serve the people who come to him. Also, the company doesn’t spam me with offers, like so many other companies. These are the reasons why I stay with Andy Arnold and State Farm.
