He helped me get discounts that were available, explained my coverage, and has been available to assist me even if it meant saying past his business hours. I am pleased with the service and coverage I receive through this company. I would recommend them to friends and family. The price for the policies is reasonable. They send me birthday/holiday cards which is thoughtful. They create a pleasant atmosphere within their office, making for a more enjoyable visit experience. I have not had any problems with the agent or the company. It is likely I will stay with them for decades to come, since I was enrolled early on in the plans.
